Terms and Conditions for Conference Participation
The participation mechanism in the conference involves submitting an abstract in the first stage, which will be reviewed by the specialized scientific committee for academic and scientific evaluation. After the evaluation process is completed, the author will be notified of the abstract decision. If the abstract passes the initial review, the author will be invited to submit the full paper in order to proceed with the peer-review process and reach a final scientific decision regarding acceptance or rejection. These procedures are governed by the publication and peer-review policies adopted by the conference’s publishing partners.
Authors are required to ensure that all submitted work is original, scientifically sound, and prepared in accordance with the ethical standards of academic publishing. Submission of an abstract or full paper does not automatically guarantee acceptance for presentation or publication, as all submissions remain subject to scientific evaluation, peer review, and the editorial policies of the conference and its approved publishing channels.
Artificial Intelligence Use Policy
The use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools is permitted only as a supportive instrument for language improvement, grammar checking, formatting assistance, or enhancing readability. However, authors bear full responsibility for the originality, accuracy, integrity, and scientific validity of all submitted content. AI tools must not be listed as authors, and they may not replace the author’s own scholarly contribution, critical analysis, interpretation of results, or scientific conclusions. Any substantial use of AI-generated assistance in preparing the manuscript should be declared transparently by the author where required by the publication policy of the conference or the publishing partner.
Any submission found to involve plagiarism, falsification, fabricated data, unethical conduct, or inappropriate undisclosed use of artificial intelligence in the preparation of the manuscript may be rejected at any stage of evaluation or publication. The conference reserves the right to apply the publication ethics standards and requirements of its partner journals and publishers.
Participation Fees
Publication fees for accepted papers in the approved journals affiliated with the conference are set at 500,000 Iraqi Dinars (IQD) per paper. These fees shall be payable only after the completion of the initial abstract evaluation and the acceptance of the paper within the designated publication track.
Publication in local journals is subject to a fee of 100,000 Iraqi Dinars (IQD) per paper.
All acceptance, peer-review, and publication procedures are governed by the policies, standards, and requirements of the respective journal or publishing body officially approved by the conference.
Publication with international publishers outside Iraq is free of charge, subject to the specific policies, review procedures, and acceptance criteria of the relevant international publisher.
Please note that payment of publication fees does not guarantee final acceptance, as all submissions remain subject to scientific evaluation, peer review, and the editorial and publication policies of the approved publishing venues.
